If a product was damaged or faulty upon a delivery we offer 100% refund (Proof via pictures/videos must be supplied to prove damage on arrival).
We have a 30 day return and refund policy from the date of purchase. If unsatisfied with your order you have up to 30 days to return the item to us and avail of a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.For returns, please email support@blendngoco.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.When returned items are received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

We will get back to you to confirm the availability of the new piece required
Please allow up to 4 weeks for some spare parts as we have a limited supply of replacements and may have to specifically manufacture the needed piece for you.
The shipping fee must be covered on the receivers behalf
