We also have a 30 day money back quality satisfaction guarantee - if you are not happy with the performance of your product, and it has been less of 30 days since you received, we are happy to refund you. We will go through a checklist with you to ensure the product has been used correcty to eliminate user issues from hindering satisfaction. Our customers satisfaction is our priority.
Please note that cash refunds do not apply to products that were bought on sale or using a discount code. Refunds in these circumstances will be made in the form of store credit on an e gift card
When using your BlendnGo make sure to use according to instructions:
Start your BlendnGo upside down with on ingredients around the blades
Gradually let the ingredients hit the blades
Shake while blending
Make sure the arrow on the cup is aligned with the switch on the base
Double click to power on
If your BlendnGo cuts out half way through your blend there could be many reasons. it's a simple fix!
As your blender is designed to be convenient as possible the smaller width of the cup can cause large pieces of ingredients to get caught between the cup and the blades. Just simply turn your BlendnGo upside down and shake to free up the blades and blend again. It will help to gently shake your BlendnGo when blending to prevent any ingredients getting stuck.
If none of the above fix the problem and the light is flashing, your Portable Blender is out of battery and needs to be charged!
