As we value our customers experience so highly we offer free repairs and replacements within 1 year of purchasing

If you have any problem at all with your BlendnGo please send us an email - support@blendngoco.com with the subject line Repairs/Replacements and your order number

We will get back to you to confirm the availability of the new piece required

Please allow up to 4 weeks for some spare parts as we have a limited supply of replacements and may have to specifically manufacture the needed piece for you.

The shipping fee must be covered on the receivers behalf
